Tile And Carpet Installed 72nd Ave

We recently completed installing porcelain tile and carpet throughout a house on 72nd Ave in Pensacola. The house was being rehabbed by a local real estate investor. We supplied the tile which is an 18×18 porcelain tile that we carry in stock. The tile is a neutral tile and priced very well so it was perfect for this application. We took up existing flooring in the kitchen and the sunroom, and we were able to go over the old existing vinyl composite tile (VCT) that was already in the house. We carried the tile throughout the entire house with the exception of the three bedrooms which received carpet.

The back master bathroom had a concrete slab that was literally chewed up. We performed the appropriate leveling and filling in order to create a smooth surface for the install. The back master bedroom also had existing sheet vinyl on the floor which we were able to go over with the carpet and pad with no problem. There was also a step down into the back Florida room which we wrapped with the same tile that was installed throughout the house. This created a beautiful consistency and design solution for an ugly problem. Overall the entire house was completed in about four days.
